SUMMA 2017 art exhibition opens

SUMMA 2017 ‘Equinox’ is the annual Studio Art exhibition featuring 27 emerging artists from the graduating class in the BFA for Studio Art.

Students in the graduating class had a chance to talk about and show off their work at the opening yesterday. The Artists Talk was followed by a reception at the McMaster Museum of Art where the show is being displayed.

‘Equinox,’ the name of the show this year, was arranged with the help of guest curator Svava Thordis Juliusson.

Visit SUMMA 2017 ‘Eqinox’ has its opening reception on Saturday April 8 from 2-4 pm and is on display until April 22 in the McMaster Museum of Art.

The McMaster Museum of Art proudly presents Equinox, the annual Studio Art exhibition (aka SUMMA), representing 27 emerging artists from McMaster’s Honours Bachelor of Fine Arts program.
