McMaster’s spring open house is nearly here and we can’t wait to welcome everyone to campus on Saturday May 13, 2017.

Here are some of the things that are going on for May@Mac 2017:

Faculty Showcase in University Hall, Room 213 (Convocation Hall) 10:00 am – 3:00 pm

  • Meet with professors and students from all of our programs
  • Talk with our academic advisors about academic requirements, next steps, and international exchange programs
  • Meet students from the McMaster Humanities Society

Faculty Presentation in LR Wilson Hall, Room 1057 11:00 am, 12:30 pm, 2:00 pm

  • Get a taste for life in Humanities, our programs, and why we say Humanities Means Leadership, held in our brand new Active Learning Classroom.

Open Spaces / Tours

New Concert Hall in LR Wilson Hall, 1st Floor from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm

  • Experience our brand new Concert Hall designed to house numerous concert and music performances.

Fitzhenry Studios and Atrium Tour in Togo Salmon Hall, East Wing – Lower Level

  • 11:00 am – 2:00 pm, Formal tour at 1:00 pm
  • Opened in 2015, the Fitzhenry Studios and Atrium offers a state-of-the-art presentation and gallery space, in addition to art studios for a variety of ne art disciplines.

Blackbox Theatre in LR Wilson Hall, 1st Floor 11:00 am – 2:00 pm

  • Introducing our state-of-the-art theatre and performing arts space, giving our students the ultimate hands-on experience in performance and technical skills.

The Anne & Neil MacArthur Humanities Multimedia Wing Togo Salmon Hall, 2nd Floor 11:30 am, 1:00 pm & 2:00 pm tours

  • Exclusively available to McMaster Multimedia students, the Multimedia lab offers professional-level computers with industry-standard software,
    and audio/visual peripherals, all for student-use.
