Digital Humanities Workshop: Using OMEKA

OmekaTwo-hour hands-on workshop designed to show you the possibilities and demonstrate the basics of OMEKA.
OMEKA is a widely used digital tool for archiving, displaying and web-publishing your research materials and analysis.  OMEKA is widely used by humanists and social scientists.

OMEKA is open source (free) software available for download at: https://omeka.org/.If possible, download the software and bring your laptop to the workshop.

The instructor for this workshop is Dr. Stephen Roberston (http://drstephenrobertson.com/), Director of the Roy Rozensweig Center for History and New Media at George Mason University (http://rrchnm.org/)  OMEKA was developed by and is maintained by the Roy Rozensweig Centre for History and New Media.
