Centre for Peace Studies Exit Survey

Welcome to our exit survey for recent graduates of the Centre for Peace Studies! We appreciate any information you might be able to give us in response to any of our questions. The data you contribute will be used to help us evaluate our strengths and weaknesses as a department.

Your participation is voluntary, and strictly anonymous. Your answers will be for our files only. Your name, if you choose to give it in response to Question #11, will be sent separately from your other answers. You are free to ignore this question if you prefer, or any other question on this survey; doing so will not prevent you from submitting any other answers you have provided.

The survey is being conducted for the purposes of "quality assurance studies" under the Government of Canada Tri-Council Policy Statement on research ethics, s. 1, art. 1.1, paragraph d. Your answers will not be used in professional research.

The survey should take about 10-15 minutes to complete.
