Barbara Levenbook (North Carolina State University) will visit our graduate seminar on the rule of recognition and field questions and comments on her paper 'How to Hold the Social Facts Thesis.' The seminar will be held in the Tower Room of University Hall 5:30-7:30 on Thursday, Nov. 3.
She will also deliver a talk to our department as a whole 3:30-5:15 on Friday, Nov. 4. The paper is titled "Deflating the Argument from Theoretical Disagreement."

Kevin Toh (San Francisco State University) will visit our graduate seminar on the rule of recognition and field questions and comments on his papers 'An Argument Against the Social Facts Thesis" and 'The Predication Thesis."
