Meetings
Business meetings of the Board and of the general membership are generally conducted electronically. Resolutions are put to the Board for an electronic vote only after e-mail discussion, which is open to AILACT members who are not on the Board. If you would like to participate in such discussions as a member of our listserv AILACT-D, please indicate your wish to Michael Gilbert at gilbert@yorku.ca.
